Second Exam on Monday OCT 9, 2000, fifth period  

The exam will cover the followings:

  2. Statics: Equilibrium Under the Action of Coplanar forces

    Equilibrium Conditions: Force-Condition, torque-condition (principle of moments)
    Center of mass, Center of Gravity, Arbitrary position of the axis 
  3. Kinematics: Rectilinear Motion
    Distance, displacement, speed, velocity, acceleration
    Displacement and velocity-time graphs interpretation 
 

We will have an exam on Monday SEP 18, 2000.

  2. Scalars and Vectors

    Vector components
    Addition and subtraction of more than two vectors
